  • **Location:** Duluth, GA
  • **Days/Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

As a Data Entry/Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer applications and updating their status in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicating with advisors about missing documents and ensuring seamless customer service
  • Helping customers with job applications, system registration, and document uploads
  • Encouraging workshop participation and explaining career center services to job seekers
  • Guiding job seekers based on their needs and making referrals to relevant resources
  • Listening to requests and directing customers to the right resources
  • Providing friendly and timely service, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Supporting excellent customer service and gathering feedback to improve processes

  • Excellent writing skills and experience with resumes, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with job search websites and labor market tools, with a keen understanding of the job market
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, social media, and web search
  • A team player with a pleasant personality and strong work ethic, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to provide computer guidance to job seekers
  • Training on the system of record will be provided to ensure a smooth transition
