- 1-2 years of retail and/or customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store
