- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide customers with accurate information and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
