- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business growth
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash, balancing the register, and securing the store

- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or convenience store environment
