- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Operating the register and handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
- Working with our food program and making purchase suggestions to customers
- Interacting with customers daily, providing friendly conversation and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coming up with great ideas to solve problems and thinking quickly to offer suggestions
- *Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Motivation to advance in your career
- Willingness to learn and have fun
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a convenience store or retail environment
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
