- *Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in various aspects of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include checking cars, processing rentals, assisting customers at exit gates, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, interacting with customers, and driving business growth through exceptional service.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
- Check cars, enter information in a handheld device, and process rentals of loyalty customers
- Assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, interacting with customers and driving business growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

- *What We're Looking For**
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
