- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our CRM system accordingly
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Portuguese and English (additional languages a plus)

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
