- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex in Alaska, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Staying up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field
- Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
