  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams to support our customers in North America. You will identify customer requirements, suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation, and be a customer advocate supporting internal/extern partner calls. You will also manage the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Identify customer requirements and work with cross-functional teams to support our customers in North America
  • Suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation
  • Manage the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns

  • Two or more years of sales support, customer service, or related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Previous experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP)

  • *Compensation and Benefits**

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $52,000.00-$64,000.00.
