We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Shakopee, MN. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll work closely with our Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams to support our customers in North America. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customer requirements and working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide personalized support
  • Improving the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation through process improvements and innovative solutions
  • Managing the life cycle of orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Two or more years of sales support, customer service, or related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $52,000.00-$64,000.00.
