As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers to resolve issues, and become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.   • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and deliver exceptional experiences
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreements
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • *Minimum Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a team environment
