- *Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return, while providing excellent customer service. You'll work outdoors, interacting with customers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
- Check cars, enter information in a handheld device, and process rentals of our loyalty customers
- Assist customers at our exit gates or check-in our cars at return
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Work outdoors, interacting with customers and ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve operations
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex products and services
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and sales goals

- *What We're Looking For**
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
