Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant to manage, maintain, and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM system. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, understands CRM workflows, automation, and funnels, and can support our sales and marketing operations efficiently.



Responsibilities:

GoHighLevel CRM Management


  • Set up and manage sub-accounts, pipelines, and user permissions

  • Import, clean, and organize contacts and leads

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and tagging systems

Automation & Workflow Setup


  • Build and manage workflows and automation sequences

  • Set up triggers, campaigns, and follow-up sequences (SMS, email, voicemail drops)

  • Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize existing workflows

Funnels & Websites


  • Build and edit funnels, landing pages, and forms in GoHighLevel

  • Connect domains, set up tracking, and manage integrations

  • Optimize funnel performance and conversion rates

Calendars & Appointment Management


  • Set up calendars and booking systems

  • Manage round-robin assignments and availability

  • Monitor and resolve scheduling issues

Reporting & Optimization


  • Generate reports on leads, appointments, and pipeline performance

  • Monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements

  • Ensure compliance with messaging and data regulations

Support & Integration


  • Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, Mailgun, etc.)

  • Provide basic technical support to internal teams

  • Document processes and create SOPs



Skills Required:


  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel (agency or SaaS mode preferred)

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and automation

  • Experience with funnels, landing pages, and basic web editing

  • Knowledge of email, SMS, and marketing automation best practices

  • Familiarity with integrations (Zapier, APIs, payment gateways)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation


  • $5/hour

  • ₱22,800/month (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week) or ₱45,600/month (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)
