About the role
GoTab, Inc. is seeking a passionate, tech-savvy, and driven Founding Mid-Market Account Executive to join our pioneering team. As a leader in the Restaurant Commerce Platform (RCP) space, weâre transforming dining experiences with app-less mobile ordering, POS, payments, and revenue managementâall in one platform.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where youâll help define and scale our mid-market motion. Youâll be responsible for introducing multi-location hospitality groups to GoTabâs platform, owning deals end-to-end, and shaping how we win in this segment.

Market Focus
- Target: Mid-market hospitality groups with 5â50 locations
- Territory: United States (starting with a defined regional focus)
- Deal Size: $100K â $250K ARR
- Sales Cycle: 3â6 months

- Help define the mid-market sales playbook
- Influence pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy
- Work directly with leadership on whatâs working and whatâs not

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within the mid-market segment
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of GoTabâs platform to multi-unit operators
- Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and customer success
Skills & Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a closing role
- Experience selling into multi-unit hospitality venues
- Ability to manage longer sales cycles while maintaining consistent pipeline velocity
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and ownership groups
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- BA/BS degree required

Compensation
We believe top performers should be paid like top performers.
- Base Salary: Starting at $70K-$80K
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250K+ with uncapped commission
- Significant upside: Potential for early-stage equity opportunity with meaningful growth potential
