In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through email support, assist customers with product inquiries, and deliver personalized styling recommendations to enhance the overall shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in email support, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in fashion and retail trends. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service through professional and timely email communication. Provide personalized product recommendations and styling assistance to customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests accurately and efficiently. Maintain a customer-first approach to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and operational support. Follow company policies, procedures, and service guidelines while handling customer interactions. Qualifications At least 6 months of international customer service experience. Minimum 6 months of email support experience. Excellent communication skills with C1 level language proficiency. Strong written English skills with proper grammar and clear email communication. Conversational English proficiency. Preferably with an interest in fashion and retail trends. Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
