Job Description

The Data Entry Keyer will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our internal databases and secure systems. This role plays a key part in the integrity and reliability of data used across our cybersecurity operations and analytics platforms.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Accurately input and update sensitive data into our secure systems and proprietary platforms.




  • Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.




  • Verify source documents for completeness and accuracy.




  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.




  • Perform regular backups and data integrity checks.




  • Communicate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies.




  • Assist in compiling and generating data reports as required.




Requirements:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.




  • 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience.




  • Strong keyboarding skills (minimum 60 WPM with high accuracy).




  • Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and data types is a plus.




  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.




  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.
