<strong>Customer Service Representative <br></strong><br>
</div><div>Mueller Landscape Inc. is a family-owned landscaping company serving homeowners in San Diego County since 1982. We are looking for a reliable remote team member to assist customers by answering incoming calls, helping with service requests, and following up with customers after estimates.<br><br>
</div><div>This role focuses on customer service, communication, and organization. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with customers, keeping information organized, and being part of a small professional team.<br><br>Experience working with service-based CRM systems (Copilot/HomeWorks, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar) is a plus.<br><br>We work primarily with residential homeowners and use Copilot (now HomeWorks) CRM to manage customer communication and scheduling.<br><br>This role involves consistent phone communication throughout the day and is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with customers regularly.<br><br>Our customers often stay with us for many years, so professionalism and friendly communication are very important.</div>
