This role involves guiding borrowers through the loan process and achieving monthly targets while fostering a competitive and improvement-oriented culture.


Responsibilities

  • Convert company-supplied leads into locked, funded loans
  • Guide borrowers from pre-approval through closing with white-glove service
  • Win realtor and builder referrals (we’ll show you how)
  • Hit — and beat — monthly targets while bringing fresh ideas to the team

Skills

  • Sales is your sport — you love call blocks, competition, and big goals
  • Discipline > motivation — you put in reps whether you feel like it or not
  • Coachable, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented
  • Live in (or can commute to) SLC
