We are a real estate buyer's agency in Australia, where we help ordinary people buy investment properties and build out an investment portfolio. We are undoubtedly a high-ticket service, and our clients have very high expectations of how we perform and operate.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our Director. The ideal candidate will draft formal presentation emails for review by the Director, send emails to real estate agents, coordinate general tasks and build lists within our CRM software. Strong communication skills with attention to grammar/punctuation/language are essential, as well as the ability to problem solve. Feedback is a mandatory part of working with us and we want you receive constructive feedback with your stride and use it to improve your output over time. Most of all we are seeking an individual who will fit well into the team culture.

We want you to grow with us and move towards an Executive Assistant or Team Leader role as we hire more Virtual Assistants. You will be trained properly on all of our software which includes the Google Suite and our proprietary CRM.
