Job Description

The Operations Finance Analyst will support finance activities, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide financial analysis to assist teams in making informed decisions and contributing to profitability.
Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain Finance activities by assisting with cost management initiatives, helping analyze capital expenditures, and participating in inventory optimization efforts
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to support process improvement efforts and help ensure alignment with financial objectives
- Gain exposure to crossāfunctional workflows while contributing to efficiency and costācontrol initiatives
- Assist in analyzing production costs by monitoring actual spending, identifying variances, and supporting the identification of costāsaving opportunities under the guidance of senior team members
- Work with plant operational leaders to support financial planning activities, including forecasting production expenses and evaluating the financial impact of manufacturing processes
- Support accurate financial reporting and assist with projects (i.e. capital expenditure) by preparing analyses, validating data, and contributing financial insights to support decisionāmaking
- Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Business, Finance major preferred
- 1-3 years previous accounting/business/manufacturing experience
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Strong communicator that is comfortable working with individuals across an organization with an emphasis on working closely with Accounting, IT, Operations and other cross functional departments
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be punctual, able to sustain attendance guidelines, and work hours as assigned
- Estimated % of travel is . Driving while on company business is required for this role on an infrequent basis (defined as anyone that drives on company business between 1 ā 49 times per year not including regular commute to work)
