They are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Campaign Specialist to execute cross-channel marketing campaigns for clients using CRM platforms. The role involves managing workflows, resolving campaign errors, and collaborating with internal teams to drive impactful results.


Responsibilities

  • Implementing cross-channel marketing campaigns using leading CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Managing workflows and segmentation implementation within the CRM
  • Investigating and resolving campaign errors
  • Providing input on campaign metrics and performance
  • Participating in daily and weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in deliverables and alignment on project goals

Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Clear communication skills
  • Knowledge of segmentation, implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Postsecondary education in Marketing, Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, or digital communication
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset; always seeking opportunities to technically optimize, automate, and help with developing MarTech solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign
  • Completed certification (or interest in obtaining certification) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign
