Job Description
We are a growing supplement company operating in the U.S. market and are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a qualified, U.S.-licensed attorney who has direct experience in the dietary supplement industry.
We are seeking legal support on an ongoing, on-demand basis.
Scope of Work:
- Provide general legal guidance related to business operations in the U.S.
- Review and advise on supplier/manufacturer contracts
- Assist with offers, terms & conditions, and compliance-related matters
- Support in case of potential disputes or lawsuits
- Act as a company attorney on demand for day-to-day legal questions
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed attorney based in the United States
- Proven experience working with dietary supplement companies / FDA-regulated products
- Strong understanding of U.S. regulations (FDA, FTC, labeling, claims, etc.)
- Experience with contract law and risk mitigation
- Availability for ongoing consultation (not just one-off work)
Preferred:
- Background in e-commerce, DTC brands, or health/wellness companies
- Experience handling legal disputes in the supplement space
Engagement:
- Long-term collaboration
- Flexible / hourly or retainer-based arrangement
