Lockheed Martin’s High Mobile Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Global Supply Chain team is looking for a passionate, detailed-oriented problem-solver to add to its Program Execution Team located in our Grand Prairie, TX location. - Responsibilities
- Will serve as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers.
- Communicate customer concerns.
- Expediting delivery schedules.
- Track engineering revisions and material needs.
- Report supply chain metrics, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior-level internal customers.
- Requirements
- Advanced expertise in the procurement lifecycle, with a proven track record of leading complex sourcing initiatives, risk mitigation strategies, and multi disciplinary project management efforts across the supply chain organization.
- Strategic Program & Supply Chain Risk & Opportunity Management experience, mitigation road maps, and continuous improvement programs that deliver measurable cost savings and improved performance.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes
- Demonstrated change leadership: spearheaded large scale process redesigns or digital transformation initiatives, resulting in increased efficiency, compliance, or visibility across the supply chain.
- Ability to make high impact strategic decisions while ensuring timely delivery of results; experience influencing leadership and cross functional teams.
- Executive level presentation skills: experienced in preparing and delivering concise, data driven briefings and strategy decks to senior management, customers, and external partners.
- Travel flexibility: willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (up to ~25 % of total time) to support program sites, supplier audits, and stakeholder engagements.

- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of ITAR/EAR, export controls, and other defense‑industry compliance requirements.
- Leadership & Mentorship – Experience guiding junior analysts or cross‑functional teams, promoting a culture of learning and accountability.
- Supplier Relationship Management – Expertise in evaluating supplier performance, conducting audits, and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Change Management & Process Improvement – Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles; proven ability to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
- Data Analysis & Visualization – Strong Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to turn raw data into actionable insights.
