Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Infor SX.e / CloudSuite Distribution Techno-Functional Consultant to support on an ongoing ERP project for a distribution client, in CST time zone and a Monthly Retainer engagement.
The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SX.e modules along with the ability to support system configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations in an on-premise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support Infor SX.e (on-premise / CHUI or Web UI)
Work on core modules: Inventory (IC), Order Entry (OE), Purchasing (PO), AR/AP
Analyze and optimize Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows
Troubleshoot transaction errors and data inconsistencies
Support UAT, system patches, and production issues
Work with integrations (EDI, WMS, payment systems)
Collaborate with business users and provide functional guidance
Required Skills:
10+ years of hands-on experience in Infor SX.e / CloudSuite Distribution
Strong knowledge of distribution business processes
Experience with Progress OpenEdge environment (basic understanding)
Experience in SQL/reporting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good to Have:
Experience with Infor ION
Exposure to Progress 4GL / ABL
Prior experience working with US clients
