OUR CLIENT
Our client, a boutique financial services law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region with an active complex civil litigation practice, seeks a Contract Attorney with 6+ years of hands-on litigation experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing, drafting, and responding to pleadings and discovery requests
- Researching and drafting discovery motions, dispositive motions, and other briefs
- Reviewing discovery and preparing deposition outlines
- Assisting in trial preparation
- Participating in and contributing to team strategy calls

This is a great opportunity for someone who has practiced complex civil litigation in a law firm setting and is looking to either add hours to their existing solo load or looking to scale back to a more flexible schedule. Meaningful work with established clients in the financial services space.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in employment-related business litigation (breach of contract, restricted covenants) and/or financial services litigation preferred
- J.D. from an accredited law school
