Sales Representative (Remote โ€“ Texas)

Location: Remote (Texas)

Territory: Southern Texas

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business and grow existing accounts across southern Texas. This role focuses on selling CABINET VISION Software and ALPHACAM Software, industry-leading solutions for cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, and CNC machining operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B software sales and understands manufacturing workflows, woodworking, cabinetry, or CNC environments. This is a remote position requiring residency in Texas and the ability to travel within the region as needed.

Job Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting cabinet manufacturers, woodworking shops, millwork companies, and CNC machining operations
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations of CABINET VISION and ALPHACAM software
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with technical support and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM documentation
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Qualifications

    Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (software sales preferred)
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or CNC industries strongly preferred
  • CABINET VISION or ALPHACam software experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software solutions is a plus
  • Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a sales territory independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Willingness to travel within Texas (approximately 25โ€“40%)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
