Senior Manager/Director of Accounting MUST HAVE CPA, Growing global company-GL, AP/AR, Month end close, journal entries, manage portfolio, bank reconciliations, AP,AR, tax, prepare financial statements, profit and loss, support upper management, and adhoc reporting.
Prepare monthly property net operating income reports and analysis · Maintain support for pro balance sheet and income statement. Review general ledger and adjust/explain variances · Prepare and present monthly financial statements to management
Budgeting, forecasting, payroll, internal controls, and manage staff.
