Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Project Manager will support the development and execution of interactive digital marketing content within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on managing and delivering interactive visual aids and marketing assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong project management, digital content development, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage interactive visual aid content using digital content platforms
- Build and deploy marketing materials within content management systems using provided assets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to update and refine design elements
- Manage content through review and approval workflows in a regulated environment
- Maintain and optimize reusable templates and digital content components
- Provide recommendations for platform improvements and content enhancements
- Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field
- Experience creating and managing digital marketing content in content management systems
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Veeva CRM, and Workfront
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with editing and proofreading capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Familiarity with interactive marketing content development and deployment
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma
- Prior experience working with digital marketing or creative agencies
