The Role: Content Creator & Brand Builder You'll be the face of Break Into Tech USA, creating short-form content (TikTok/Instagram Reels) that educates, inspires, and converts people stuck in low-paying jobs to take action on their career change. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Content Creation (3-5 videos/day): ā¢ Film short-form videos (15-60 seconds) showcasing success stories, career change advice, tech job breakdowns, and motivational content ā¢ Follow our proven content framework (we'll give you exact scripts, hooks, formats that work) ā¢ Test new angles based on analytics and trending topics ā¢ Engage with your audience through comments and DMs Audience Building: ā¢ Grow your TikTok and Instagram accounts from 0 ā 50k+ followers (Month 1-4) ā¢ Build a community of people who trust you and see you as their guide ā¢ Position yourself as the go-to resource for tech career changers in the USA What You'll Learn (This Is The Real Value) This isn't just a "post content and get paid" gig.
