- Define the 2–3 year vision and roadmap for the C&I segment
- Connect vision directly to Corporate Strategy
- Act as the internal dean of the Commercial market
- Lead the organization in understanding the C&I landscape
- Build business cases to secure capital and resource allocation
- Partner with Software PMs and Engineering to translate commercial "Why" into technical "How"
- Act as a critical SME in client conversations
- Mentor and coach product managers
- Requirements:
- 10+ years in Solar/Storage/C&I
- Deep understanding of BESS and PV systems
- Financial drivers of renewable assets
- Proven ability to drive alignment across silos
- 12+ years’ experience in product management, strategy or product marketing
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Experience on Google platform tools, Salesforce, Service Cloud
- Core understanding of technical aspects of commercial solar systems (PV & Storage) up to 20MW
- Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling product teams
