Erez Capital Venture Partner – Role Overview The Venture Partner role is a selective position for experienced operators, investors, and domain leaders who actively create value across the startup and venture ecosystem. This is not an employment role and not a passive network membership. It is a performance-oriented platform for individuals who already operate at the intersection of founders, capital, and expertise and want structured access to collaborate on deals, advisory opportunities, and company-building. What This Role Is • A value-creation role within a venture platform • A way to work alongside investors and operators on real company outcomes • A structured environment to deploy your network, insight, and domain expertise What This Role Is Not • Not a full-time job • Not an internship or learning program • Not a passive community or networking group Core Ways Venture Partners Contribute Venture Partners typically create impact in one or more of the following ways: • Introducing high-quality founders, deals, or technical talent • Providing domain expertise to help startups navigate inflection points • Supporting evaluation and diligence of early-stage opportunities • Making capital, financing, or strategic partnership introductions • Serving in advisory or board-level capacities where relevant Engagement Opportunities Depending on fit and activity, Venture Partners may engage through: • Deal collaboration and co-investment pathways • Advisory roles with portfolio companies • Consulting engagements sourced through the platform (often third-party funded) • Venture debt, M&A, or structured financing referrals Financial Alignment This platform is designed around shared upside, not salary. Potential economics may include: • Revenue share from financing, M&A, or capital introduction outcomes • Advisory or consulting equity arrangements • Participation in value-creation engagements with startups Platform Participation This role operates within a curated venture network designed for active contributors. Annual participation fee: $5,000 (subject to change). This supports the platform’s infrastructure, deal operations, founder support systems, and long-term network continuity. Participation is best suited for individuals who already operate at a high level in the ecosystem and want structured leverage, not access alone.
