β’ Our work-from-home customer support team is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative for our Afternoon/Evening shift (until 8 pm PST Monday - Saturday). Preferably located in PST time zone. β’ You'll be answering incoming calls and emails, verifying purchase details with prospects, making confirmation/reminder calls, and showing our customers how to maneuver through our software. β’ We're looking for a highly organized individual with a home office set up. Must have excellent communication skills, be tech savvy, a quick learner, a team player and a great attitude towards going the extra mile for our customers and our team. β’ This company has been around for 20 years and has steadily grown year after year. β’ Some of us have been here since the beginning. β’ It's a fantastic company, and an excellent way to earn good money from the comfort of your home. β’ Because this is a virtual position, self-discipline is a must. β’ Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Hubspot, Aloware, Gmail, GSuite Calendar, Remotifyx Docs, and Skillastra Sheets. β’ Training is paid, and the right candidate can start immediately. β’ Must have at least 5 years of previous customer service experience and a home office already set up. β’ Background check required. β’ Serious inquiries only please.
