Hello,
I am looking for an experienced Python Automation Engineer to work with me long-term (3–6 months) to build a scalable and well-structured automation system using Python and Selenium.
This is NOT just a simple script task.
I want to build a clean architecture framework from scratch, and I want to learn during the process.
Project Goals:
Build a structured automation framework (not random scripts)
Use proper folder structure and modular design
Implement logging, error handling, and scalability
Use Git properly (branching, commits, version control)
Follow clean coding standards
Code documentation and explanation
Important: I am not an expert. I want someone who can guide me, explain decisions, and build the system with me step by step.
What I expect from you:
Strong experience in Python & Selenium
Experience building automation frameworks
Understanding of architecture and scalability
Ability to teach and explain clearly
Professional Git workflow
