We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to join our Privacy and Trust Product Team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a privacy and data governance-focused product strategy that prioritizes metadata management and strategic privacy integrations. As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the development and execution of a privacy and data governance-focused product strategy that prioritizes metadata management and strategic privacy integrations.
- Focusing on metadata management and ensuring all ingested metadata is tagged for automated enforcement.
- Enabling strategic privacy-centric product development and integration across CDL programs.
- Leading the CDP privacy Vizio considerations to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
- Ensuring end-to-end alignment across existing teams for seamless integration.
- Defining and communicating product prioritization and timelines for the customer data platform engineering team.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in customer privacy, data protection, data governance, and compliance.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver privacy-focused data solutions.
- Acting as a thought leader, influencing both internal and external stakeholders.

- Defining and executing the vision and strategy for metadata management and strategic integrations within the Customer Data Platform team.
- Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
- Driving product development with engineering, data governance, analytics, and compliance teams, delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Defining and tracking key product metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.

- *Qualifications**
- 9+ years in Product Management with a focus on privacy or data management.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
- Quantitative or technical background preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful product roadmaps and initiatives.
- Solid understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market trends in the retail space.
- Demonstrated ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.

This role is based in one of our three locations: Bentonville, Arkansas; Hoboken, New Jersey; or Sunnyvale, California.
- *Salary Range**
The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas; $143,000.00-$286,000.00 in Sunnyvale, California; and $110,000.00-$220,000.00 in Hoboken, New Jersey. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
