As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily communication with customers regarding orders, schedule changes, and overall status through the production cycle
  • Management of designated customers' orders and dynamic schedules through customer-enabled portals
  • Detailed order review and order entry into arenaflex ERP system
  • Maintenance of customer-specific records in arenaflex ERP system
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams such as production, planning, sales, and accounting to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately
  • Resolving production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing problems
  • Administration of customer product returns, determining validity of warranty claims, and working with customers on repair quotes if necessary
  • Maintaining voice of customer reporting, including customer scorecards and resolution of claims if necessary
  • Recognition of add-on business opportunities
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aerospace or high-tech manufacturing industry
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and any experience with Oracle-based products is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • A strong understanding of supply chain processes, MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and program lifecycle requirements
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and working across departments to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

If you have a background in Planning or Buying and enjoy interacting with customers, influencing supply chain outcomes, and having a seat at the table in program execution, this role gives you that opportunity. Additionally, if you have experience with:

  • Support contract execution with insights into capacity, inventory levels, and purchasing constraints
  • Ensuring full compliance with ITAR, EAR, DFARS, and program-specific requirements; supporting internal audits and regulatory reviews
  • Analyzing order trends, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction data to drive service improvements and support operational planning
