Our mission is to help women pursue their God-given vision with confidence, build businesses that make an impact, and flourish in every area of life.

The Role

We're looking for a Community Manager who will be the heartbeat of our Skool community. This is not just a moderation role, we need someone who genuinely understands women entrepreneurs, can spark meaningful conversations, and helps our members feel seen, supported, and motivated to show up.

  • Post daily/weekly engagement content (prompts, encouragement, challenges, wins)
  • Monitor and respond to member posts and comments to keep conversations alive
  • Support the promotion and coordination of virtual workshops, co-working sessions, and quarterly cohort events
  • Track community health metrics (engagement, retention, activity) and report weekly
  • Identify and elevate top contributors and member success stories
  • Flag member needs or issues to leadership and suggest community improvements
  • Help enforce community guidelines with grace and professionalism

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of community management experience (Skool, Circle, Facebook Groups, or similar platforms)
  • You are business-savvy and understand the challenges and wins of entrepreneurship — especially for women
  • You are a strong, warm communicator who can write with both encouragement and professionalism
  • You are comfortable working within a values-driven, faith-based organization and can communicate authentically within that culture
  • You are self-directed, organized, and consistent — the community should feel your presence daily
  • Bonus: You have experience supporting online course communities, membership sites, or coaching programs
