  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Development Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing data sources to monitor the field execution of vendor programs and assortments, ensuring superior client satisfaction through deep analytics and problem-solving.
  • Communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, staying informed of analytic best practices across the industry.
  • Analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions, tracking category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share.
  • Developing, communicating, executing, and monitoring specific performance metrics and goals relevant to each business as part of regular, scheduled business reviews.
  • Creating and delivering effective reports using POS data, Syndicated Data, and account-specific database information in presentation-ready formats.
  • Evaluating and making recommendations on supplier performance to enhance the company's inventory and fill rate objectives.
  • Understanding and applying customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data to deliver category growth.
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with Adult Beverage experience preferred, and Costco experience a value add.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills, incorporating and interpreting data from multiple unrelated data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations.
  • Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations, expertise in category management principles, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer insights (Numerator/Spectra, etc).
  • Ability to collaborate with external retail customers, key suppliers, and internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations, assertive leadership and decision-making skills with an aptitude for understanding changing market dynamics and resolving complex problems.
  • Preferred experience working with Syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI), Internal Shipment Data, and Household Panel.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making capability, and a proven track record of success.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems, such as Nielsen or IRI.
