- *Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing orders, tracking orders, and assisting with catalog inquiries
- Entering orders, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with Shopify Plus or similar e-commerce platforms a plus

- 1+ year of experience in retail sales or a related field
- Experience with data entry and order processing software
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
