Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry & Fulfillment Associate, you will:
- Receive and catalog inventory – Use handheld scanners to scan barcodes, update inventory counts, and ensure accurate stock levels in the arenaflex system.
- Prepare customer orders – Pull items from virtual pick lists, verify product SKUs, and package orders according to arenaflex’s quality standards.
- Load shipments – Organize packaged orders onto virtual pallets, generate shipment labels, and confirm load sequences for transport.
- Operate scanning equipment – Use handheld and stationary scanners to read product barcodes, update order status, and resolve mismatches in real time.
- Follow on‑screen prompts – Interpret system alerts, prioritize tasks, and execute instructions provided by the arenaflex warehouse management software.
- Troubleshoot exceptions – Identify and resolve issues such as missing items, scanning errors, or packaging discrepancies, escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary.

- Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) – After certification, safely maneuver forklifts, pallet jacks, or lift trucks to move heavy loads and access elevated storage areas up to 35 feet.
- Adhere to safety protocols – Follow arenaflex’s safety guidelines, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in daily safety briefings.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Lift and move up to 49 lb (22 kg) regularly; push utility carts weighing up to 60 lb.
- Stand, walk, squat, bend, and reach continuously throughout each shift.
- Navigate stairs and mezzanines where applicable, with occasional work at heights up to 40 ft.
- Operate in temperature‑controlled zones ranging from 60 °F to 90 °F; be prepared for higher temperatures in truck yards or trailers.
- Work in environments with moving machinery (order pickers, stand‑up forklifts, turret trucks) and moderate noise levels; hearing protection is provided.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy – comfortable navigating web‑based interfaces and using a keyboard and mouse.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for following prompts and reporting issues.
