- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various script-related tasks. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, with 3 weekdays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST and every other weekend from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service and support across various touchpoints, ensuring a positive and professional experience for our clients
- Manage client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various script-related tasks
- Handle each interaction with care, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Contact Center
- *Requirements**
- Adhere to arenaflex's core values, which include a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Call Center, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to discern the caller's reasons
- Service-oriented and able to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
- Proficient with Amtelco platform, and/or able to learn efficiently
- Optimistic and creative in "getting the job done" when times are difficult
- Remote Work Discipline: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
- Continuous Learning: Enthusiastic about learning and driven towards continuous self-improvement
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with contact center software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
