We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to provide top-notch support to our customers, drivers, and warehouse teams. As a key member of our Operations Department, you'll be responsible for promoting a customer-friendly atmosphere, managing multiple phone lines, and ensuring timely movement of cargo from origin to destination. - Manage multiple phone lines, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and web browsing, to perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in geography to determine the best forwarding routes, ensuring efficient and effective cargo movement.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure timely movement of cargo from origin to destination.
- Perform additional duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.

- 1-2 years of experience in Administrative support, preferably in a logistics or customer service role.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, drivers, and warehouse teams.
