As a Remote Customer Service/Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing inbound and outbound communications with patients, technicians, and healthcare providers
Ensuring efficient data entry and maintaining accurate records
Dispatching work orders to scheduled technicians and following up to ensure job completion
