Plaintiff Lemon Law Attorney
Remote – California
Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000+(Flexible)
Bonus: 10 to 20% of recoverables
This is a fully remote role for California-licensed attorneys who want to work on high-volume consumer protection matters while having the opportunity to grow within a firm that values performance and long-term partnership.
- What You’ll Work On
- Handle California Lemon Law cases from intake through resolution
- Manage litigation matters including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies
- Communicate with clients throughout the lifecycle of their cases
- Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- Experience in plaintiff lemon law or automotive defect cases
- Strong legal writing and litigation skills
- Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
