## OVERVIEW
We are a boutique real estate agency in Stuttgart,
Germany. We need a talented 3D artist to create a set of 7 charming,
stylized illustrations for our online property valuation tool.
Think Pixar meets architectural model: warm, handcrafted-feeling 3D scenes
with optional small characters, rich detail, and a premium look.
Each illustration accompanies one step of a web form — making the
experience feel delightful and trustworthy for our clients.
## STYLE WE'RE GOING FOR
The visual reference is the Airbnb Aircover campaign by BUCK Studio:

Key style traits:
– Isometric or 3/4 bird's eye perspective
– Miniature/diorama scale: everything looks like a handcrafted model
– Warm, cinematic lighting with soft shadows
– Matte, tactile surfaces — not shiny or plastic-looking
– Optional: small stylized characters (1–2 per scene, no facial detail needed)
– Color palette: warm black, bright yellow #F0C808, light grey #F0F0F0
## WHAT YOU'LL CREATE
7 illustrated scenes, one per step of our property valuation form:
Scene 1 – Property Type
Four tiny 3D building models: apartment, house, multi-family, land plot.
Clean, iconic shapes. One building highlighted with a yellow spotlight.
Scene 2 – Location (Stuttgart)
A miniature of Stuttgart — hills, city, . Topographic diorama feel.
Scene 3 – Floor Area
Dollhouse cross-section: open facade reveals furnished rooms inside.
Floating yellow measurement arrows. Cozy micro-scale interior.
Scene 4 – Year Built & Condition
Two buildings side by side: one older and cool-lit, one renovated and
warmly lit in yellow. Before/after diorama on a shared platform.
Scene 5 – Features & Amenities
Aerial view of a villa with surrounding feature zones: terrace, garden,
garage, elevator. Rich detail, golden afternoon light.
Scene 6 – Contact & Trust
An intimate miniature desk scene: sealed envelope, small shield badge,
a golden key. Warm spotlight, dark surroundings. Trust and privacy mood.
Scene 7 – Valuation Result (Hero Scene)
A beautiful villa elevated on a marble podium, dramatically lit from above
with golden god-rays. Celebratory, premium, the emotional high point.
## DELIVERABLES
– 7 final rendered illustrations, PNG, minimum 1200 x 1200px
– Source files (Blender, Cinema 4D, or your preferred 3D tool)
– 2 rounds of revisions per scene
– Delivery in milestones: concept sketches first, then final renders
## YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
– Have a strong portfolio of stylized 3D scenes, characters, or game assets
– Work in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or any professional 3D software
– Can model, texture, light AND render — or have a clear pipeline for this
– Understand isometric/3D icon illustration or low-poly scene design
– Communicate clearly and hit milestones reliably
– Bonus: experience with 3D character design or architectural visualization
## SOFT REQUIREMENTS (NICE TO HAVE)
– Familiarity with the BUCK / Airbnb visual aesthetic
– Experience creating 3D assets for apps, websites, or marketing
– Ability to add small stylized characters to scenes if needed
