Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CMS Law Firm LLC is a Kirkland, WA based law firm that practices estate planning and probate exclusively. They are seeking a virtual estate planning and probate attorney licensed in Washington State to handle client matters from consult to signing, supported by a team of paralegals and legal assistants.
- Responsibilities
- Take potential client calls with warm leads (you are not responsible for generating your own business) following a proven script to provide flat-fee services
- Handle matters start-to-finish with support from the team (we have several paralegals and legal assistants on the team to free you up to do what you do best)
- Communicate clearly with clients and keep work flowing on time
- Skills
- WA licensed attorney in good standing
- 2+ years of estate planning/probate experience OR 4+ years of legal practice and excited to specialize
- Comfortable selling on the phone using a script
- Detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication
- Can follow systems and checklists; team player, not a lone ranger
- Wants coaching, feedback, and to keep getting better
- Customer service experience
