We are preparing to launch an early-stage B2B SaaS platform and are looking for a qualified attorney to perform an initial legal risk review of our core agreements.
The documents are already drafted and we are looking for a professional review before launch.
Documents include:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
- SaaS Subscription Agreement
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Data Processing Addendum
Phase 1 – Legal Risk Review
We are looking for an attorney to:
- Review the documents
- Identify major legal risks or missing clauses
- Flag any areas that should be revised before launch
- Provide high-level recommendations
Deliverables can be comments or a short written summary of issues.
