As a Customer Service & Returns Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handling returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures, maintaining accuracy and completeness of all transactions

  • Processing refunds and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Communicating and collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience, escalating any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Keeping track of customer interactions and reporting any recurring issues to management, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
