- Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced EPM Application Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, support, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of EPM applications to support finance and accounting operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and support PBCS and ARCS applications
- Develop and maintain business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports
- Manage metadata, data integrations, and security configurations
- Support month-end close and reconciliation processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional/technical support
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams for enhancements and process improvements
- Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and documentation
- Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS & ARCS)
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reconciliation processes
- Experience with Data Management, Smart View, and integrations
- Understanding of EPM security and application lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
