- Design, deliver, and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, skills development, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales tools and resources, such as presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and competitive intelligence materials
- Analyze sales processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Evaluate, deploy, and manage sales enablement technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and analytics tools
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets and professional growth
- Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from the sales team on enablement tools and training programs
- Plan and execute any training programs and events that require in-person involvement; including Sales Kickoff Events and travel on an as needed basis
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or training is a plus
- Proven experience (4+ years) in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, with a track record of driving sales performance
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and strategy
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales engagement platforms)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate a team
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
