  • Marketing Mailer Management: Draft, personalize, and schedule email and physical mailer campaigns targeted at past, current, and prospective customers.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with multiple team members across sales, operations, and product development, adapting to varied communication styles and personalities.

  • Follow‑Up & Clarification: Proactively seek clarification on ambiguous tasks, maintain clear documentation, and follow up when answers are pending.
